The circle stockyard homogenizing
stacker reclaimer consists of swivelcantilever stacker, middle column, side scraper reclaimer(portal scraper reclaimer), electronic control system and other parts.
The middle column is fixed in the center of circle stockyard. The swivelcantilever stacker is installed on the top of middle column with the capacity of rotating 360 degrees around the middle column. The conical shell stocking can be realized through transit structure.
The reclaimer is side scraper reclaimer(portal scraper reclaimer) which could rotate around the middle column. The reciprocating scraper of reclaimer cantilever could scrape materials layer by layer into hopper under the middle column. Through this hopper, the materials are loaded to the underground belt conveyor and then are conveyed out of stockyard. This equipment has advantages of high automation and continuous operation of stacking and reclaiming.
