Introduction
Bridge scraper reclaimer is mainly used for pre-homogenization of limestone, coal, iron ore and auxiliary materials in cement, building materials, coal, electric power, metallurgy, steel, chemical and other industries. It adopts full-section reclaiming technology, which can highly improve physico-chemical performance of the material with difference in this property by blending and achieve little composition fluctuation, thus simplifying production process and operation for the user, improving the technical and economic indicators and obtaining the best economy return.
The reclaiming capacity can reach 100-2500t/h.
The bridge scraper reclaimer has several models for choice: horizontal type, inclined type and head-up type, according to the layout of the material yard.
The bridge scraper reclaimer and the portal scraper reclaimer have various models with span from 16.4 to 55m.
Working Principle
During the equipment operation, the material rakes on both sides of the reclaimer reciprocate along the machine, and rake the material from the full stockpile section to the bottom. With the cyclic motion of scraper system, the raked material is brought into the continuously running scraper, then transferred to the belt conveyor, thus completing the blending and reclaiming operation.
