Routine maintenance is necessary for embedded scraper conveyor, and there is strict requirement for test personnel qualification and maintaining procedure. The maintenance should be performed by the certificated personnel with well-developed skills.
Make sure all supporting, gas, anchorage and etc. at working site are in safe condition before the inspection. It is forbidden to carry out maintenance when the slipper is running. The inspection of the slipper can only be implemented when material delivery finished, as well as power and switch turned off, Power-Off sign hung, switch locked or watched by special person and control button suspended.
