The
pipe conveyor is developed from the normal materials handling form, which is widely popular among many users. At the same time, there should be flexibility of pipe conveyor, which could guarantee that the belt could pass the transition section. In order to guarantee the rigidity and flexibility of the belt, a special skeleton structure should be adopted. In order to the good sealing of the overlapping part and prevention of material leakage, the rigidity of belt edge should be reduced. The thickness of top and bottom glue lines should be controlled to increase the ability of belt changing to the pipe shape. In emergency maintenance, the metal connection or normal belt could replace the pipe belt until to the long-term upkeep.
