The Inspection of belt conveyor after installation and adjustment

Based on full inspection of belt conveyor after installation and adjustment, the following items should be inspected again to ensure proper installation of any parts.
1. Wiring for electric control system and safety protection device
2. Whole inspection
①Inspect installation precision of each part
②Inspect operational direction of drive pulley
③Inspect rotary flexibility of each part, especially idlers.
3. Inspection of drive device
①Inspect installation precision of reducer, motor and coupling.
②Inspect variety and quantity of lubricating oil in the reducer.
③Inspect assembly type of reducer.
④Inspect rotation direction of motor.
4. Inspect vulcanizing joint and overlap ratio between vulcanizing joint and belt longitudinal center line.
5. Reliability of take-up device
