Inspection on stacker reclaimer machine in daily operation
Stacker
reclaimer machine is a new type of efficient continuous handling equipment, mainly used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, chemical, cement and other industries. Routine inspection is necessary for the stacker reclaimer during its usage:
1. The lubrication of the conveyor chain of the scraper, the oil point should be aligned with the gap between the inner and outer chain plates.
2. The operating condition of the driving device of the scraper, there should be no abnormal sound in the reducer, and the temperature rise shall not exceed 40°C.
3. The wear condition of the wear plate fixed on the scraper surface, it should be promptly replaced when two-thirds of the plate body is worn.
4. The bolting condition in the middle guide wheel, tighten it in time if there is looseness.
5. The wear condition of the liner plate of guide slot, replace the liner plate in time when it is worn to endanger the slot body.
6. Whether the scraper deflects in the operation, and it can be solved by adjusting the screw and nut in the tension device of the sprocket tail to obtain the same pretension at the two chains which support the scraper.
7. The wear condition of the steel wire rope hanging the claw, observe closely and replace it promptly when it is seriously worn.
8. Whether the claw running and steering along the supporting track is stable; whether there is abnormal sound.
9. The wear condition of the claw roller and supporting track, ensure it will not endanger the normal operation.
10. Whether the end beam running mechanism runs smoothly, whether the steering is reliable, the meshing condition of open gear.
