Stacker reclaimer is a new type of highly-efficient continuous handling equipment, which is mainly used for handling iron ore (sand), coal, sand, etc. in bulk yards at bulk terminals, iron and steel plants, large thermal power plants, and mines. The machine is widely applied at home and abroad due to its high operating efficiency.
The daily maintenance and inspection to the stacker
reclaimer should include:
a. Ensure no foreign objects on the track and grounding lines on the track are firm and reliable;
b. Ensure all the safety protection devices (travel switches, brakes, etc.) are safe and reliable;
c. Check the oil level of each reducer and the temperature rise of the bearings;
d. Check the conveyor transmission parts and conveyor belt to eliminate deviation, joints, wear;
e. Make sure no looseness in each connecting bolt;
f. Check wear, lubrication, end fixation and pulley passing conditions of wire rope;
g. Check the alarm device, the communication condition, the signal lamp, and make sure no electric leakage and on combustibles around the resistor in the driver’s cab;
h. Make sure the hydraulic system has no oil leakage, no abnormal vibration and sound;
i. Automatic switch should be cleaned at any time to remove dust, frequent check and maintain is needed to ensure well contact and solid connection of terminals;
j. Inspect the contactor frequently to ensure flexible and reliable operation, clean core end surface, smooth and tight contact, and prevent adhesion and jamming.
