During the actual operation, the stacker reclaimer is located in the beginning end or finishing end of the materials handling system. The most common technological process is as follows:

When selecting the equipment, we should choose the most suitable equipment according to the delivery capacity. For example, if we select unit tippler, the stacking capacity is 1000-1250t/h. If we select double tippler, the stacking capacity is 2000t/h. If we choose two ship loaders, the capacity for one is 850 t/h. For this, we should choose the stacker with capacity of 2000 t/h.
