DTII belt conveyor is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, port, transportation, hydropower, chemical and other industries, carrying out truck loading, ship loading, reloading or stacking operations of various bulk material or packaged items at normal temperature. Both single use and combined use are available. Belt conveyor designed by Juli Engineering can reach max capacity of 20000t/h, max bandwidth up to 2400mm, and max conveying distance of 10km.

The driving pulley of the belt conveyor is driven by the motor through a reducer, while the conveyor belt is dragged by the friction between the driving pulley and the conveyor belt. Generally, the driving pulleys are mounted at the discharge end to increase the traction and facilitate dragging. The material is fed into the feeding end and falls on the running conveyor belt, then is transported by the belt friction and finally unloaded at the discharge end.
